Rewards & loyalty ecosystem
A multi-program rewards experience connecting customer-facing interfaces, APIs, points logic, catalogs, email workflows, and cloud-hosted services.
I'm Talha Hanif — a software engineer working across business applications, Laravel APIs, AWS infrastructure, deployment workflows, and the production issues that connect them all.
A closer look at the kinds of business problems I work on. Some details are intentionally generalized to respect client confidentiality.

production / beta
$ deploy --environment=productionseparate environments · repeatable releasesLaravel APIs with containerized services, a database-backed workflow, separate production and beta environments, and automated deployment practices.
Hands-on work across cloud servers, databases, web servers, access permissions, deployment pipelines, and the operational details that keep applications available.
Investigating issues that cross DNS, SSL, CDN, Nginx or Apache, PHP-FPM, Laravel, Docker, and MySQL/RDS—rather than assuming every failure starts in application code.
Project descriptions focus on my technical involvement. Client names, private systems, and unverified metrics are omitted.
Practical support for teams building, improving, or operating business-critical software.
Build and extend business applications with clean APIs, maintainable backend logic, and useful frontend experiences.
Help applications move through environments and run on infrastructure that teams can understand and maintain.
Trace issues methodically, identify likely root causes, and help restore a reliable path to delivery.
Good engineering is not just getting a feature to work. It's understanding the business need, knowing the trade-offs, and making the system easier to operate after the change.
Talk through a project ↗Clarify the user need, current behavior, constraints, and what success means.
Follow the relevant path across frontend, API, database, infrastructure, and integrations.
Choose a practical solution, consider trade-offs, and avoid unnecessary complexity.
Test the change, check the surrounding workflow, and leave a clear handover.
I'm a software engineer with 7+ years of experience across application development and production systems. My work spans Laravel/PHP development, API integrations, frontend applications, cloud infrastructure, deployments, and troubleshooting.
I also work across project coordination and DevOps responsibilities, so I care about more than the code itself: clear scope, reliable releases, practical communication, and systems that the team can continue to maintain.
Tell me what you're building, what's not working, or what needs to improve. We can start with a straightforward conversation about the scope and next steps.
